Ways to help your worried kid

Recently my son whose almost 6 and just entered kindergarten, became fearful to go to sleep because he thought he was going to die... It broke my heart to think that a thought like that would enter his mind. Not knowing where this was coming from I immediately looked up child anxiety and luckily found an informative article reassuring me that these fears were common and some helpful ways to ease his anxiety.
